What if I have to cancel my order while it’s already ordered or on the way to me?
- If you need to cancel the order before it has started, you can use the “cancel order” button available through the website and get refunded.
- If you need to cancel your order during the delivery, you will be charged for the order and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- If you need to reschedule, we will store your order appropriately and arrange a suitable time for delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply.
Note: refunds may take up 7 days to reflect in your mobile money or bank account.
